Group Marketing Assistant and PA to the board

Reporting Line

Reports to – Senior Management Team

Location: 4 Deer Park Rd, London SW19 3GY
Hours: Full time (flexi time will be considered)

Job Description
This newly created role will focus on improving and managing Arena Group’s digital presence;
co-ordinating with Divisional marketing teams; and supporting the small Head Office function
in Wimbledon

Main Duties

  •  Review and ensure Group website is up to date and current
  •  Manage, develop and expand Group use of social media
  •  Management and/or co-ordination of group photo/image library
  • Work with existing trade and Financial PR advisers
  • Preparation of client and investor presentations
  • Management and administration of IT to support Senior Management
  • Manage local and worldwide travel for the Directors
  • Drafting of correspondence, presentations and reports on behalf of CEO and CFO
  • Preparation of board packs for monthly Board and Executive Board Meetings
  • Support CFO with company secretarial tasks and Investor relations

The role will also include Head office support functions, including dealing with telephone enquiries,
managing internal meetings and visitors.

Qualifications
This role would suit someone with (digital) marketing qualifications or equivalent experience looking
for a junior but exciting role in a fast growing business in the events sector. Degree or equivalent
level education required. Good Microsoft Office skills including Powerpoint.

Arena Events Group plc is an international event rental and event management company with
operations in the UK, USA, Dubai, Hong Kong and Malaysia. We have recently listed on the London
Stock Exchange and the Group Head office comprises the Group CEO, CFO and a small team of four to six people in South Wimbledon.
