Arena Group’s UK and Europe CEO, Grahame Muir, is responsible for the running and development of each of the UK divisions. Having been with the company for 27 years, Grahame quotes one of his most notable achievements as the winning the £17M contract contract designing and delivering a permanent Bahrain Airshow project in 2010. The was seen as a turning point for the UK arm of the business, demonstrating its capability as a main international contractor which lead to further major contract wins including London 2012.

Most recently, he has been responsible for the company’s relocation to an new £3M, purpose-built seven acre site ensuring maximum efficiency and a platform for future growth. Muir has helped created Arena Ice which has now developed into the UK’s largest temporary ice rink provider and through the acquisition of RIM Scaffolding further enhanced the in-house capabilities of Arena Group.

Grahame’s career began as a marketing manager at Scottish Enterprise before moving to Black & Edgington looking after the Scottish region. After a number of acquisitions and a move to the London headquarters, Arena Structures was born and rapidly developed, leading him to become CEO of UK & Europe.
