Arena were approached by Landmarc with an urgent request for quarantine accommodation, suitable for up to 150 soldiers, to adhere to the 14-day Covid-19 isolation period prior to deployment to being deployed to foreign countries.
Tom Evans, Managing Director of Arena structures says “Turnaround time was paramount to the success of this project, with work commencing immediately following a site visit at the end of July. We prepared kit and mobilised to site within two weeks from initial contact. From start to finish, the temporary accommodation structures were installed and handed over in only 4 weeks. The benefit of owning our own kit and labour crews.”
Arena successfully met the deadline, despite the unique challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing full project management, design and supply of five temporary accommodation Alu Hall structures, furniture, building control approval, lighting, power and amenities.
