Primary job purpose: 

Responsibility for pricing and timely delivery of all basic fit out and bespoke interiors elements required for Interior Fit Out on our turnkey projects

Main duties:

  • Ensure the Interior Fit Out production process as laid out in the Project Work Flow is completed professionally and to the best of the team’s ability.
  • Responsible for pricing, planning and delivering interior fit out projects.
  • Estimating all interior fit-out work and producing Budget Sheets for Interior Fit Out and Event Design elements of a project.
  • Liaising with the Production Manager to obtain information on manufacturing methods and estimates from sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Production of project path planners.

CAD Technician (Structures)

Position:
CAD Technician (Structures)

Purpose of the Job:

To provide CAD design to support the Sales and Project delivery teams for both tenders and live projects for Arena. The projects are predominantly related to temporary events so the majority of works are temporary / demountable and are a combination of integrating existing off the shelf products and specialist bespoke items.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide structure layouts, service plans, space planning and internal layout drawings.
  • Prepare and amend 2D & 3D technical CAD drawings as required to support the design and development process.
  • Ensure designs and drawings comply with legislation, standards and client specifications.
  • Ensure drawings comply with Arena CAD standards.

Person Specification

  • Recognized qualification in Computer Aided Design is essential.
  • Advanced user knowledge of AutoCAD is essential

Purpose of the Job:

Working as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects for the Structures Division of Arena Event Services at the required standard within agreed budgets and meeting clients’ expectations within the expected profit margins.

You’ll work in a fun collaborative team in a fast paced environment, with clients and colleagues across the world and in different divisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Using the client’s brief define the project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Identify the required team resources for the project and assign responsibilities to the team members.
  • Produce a detailed programme and working budget for each project.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the projects both internally and to the client.
  • Source and appoint suitable sub-contractors to ensure delivery of the project to the expected standard and within budget.
  • Follow the change control process to ensure all variations are identified and agreed both internally and by the client during the project.
  • Manage the day to day operational requirements of the project.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
  • Maintain regular communications with relevant stake holders to ensure that all those involved in the implementation of the project receive timely and accurate information.

Reporting to:  Yard Manager

Qualifications/Experience:  Warehousing, Stores, Stock Control, Fork Lift (desirable).

We are looking for candidates with previous Warehouse/Stores experience or working in a similar environment.
