A bespoke Arena Group I-Novation temporary building expands O2 Arena capacity for the ATP World Tour Finals, November 2016.
Over the past six months Arena’s new I-Novation temporary building system has taken the Group to high profile locations at The Open, Farnborough International Air Show and the London’s 60th Anniversary British Film Festival.
This November we find a pristine temporary event environment adjacent to the main entrance of London’s O2 Arena. Following a six week installation and internal fit-out the 50m x 40m I-Novation, on a 13.5m high leg, houses Practice Court number one, flanked by two 15m triple deck structures accommodating organiser and player’s facilities alongside sponsor hospitality suites.
Arena Group supported the organisers with full creative design, project management with staff on-site throughout the event accommodating any alterations required during the event. They also supplied a TFS temporary structure inside the O2 Arena containing practice court two at the centre of the Fanzone, a range of ancillary structures serving as VIP accreditation, reception, security, admin office and triple deck kitchens, as well as installing their bespoke media broadcast studios overlooking the main court in the main audience arena.
