Asia Tents Arena was commissioned to design, fabricate and commission bespoke relocatable steel structures to be used for curing, assembly and warehouse shelters for reinforced concrete pipes for Consolis. 

These pipes are laid in seabed to abstract sea water to cool turbines for a power plant that is being built at Port Dickson, Malaysia.

Consolis is a leading European industrial sector specialized in the design and manufacture of high-performance precast concrete products. 

Asia Tents Arena provided four structure sizes for the project.  Curing Shelters – 7m width x 18m length x 5m side height; Moulding Shelter – 10m width x 20m lenth x 10m side height; Warehouse and Assembly Structure – 26m width x 78m length x 10m side height; Curing Shelter Extension – 8.5m width x 6m length x 8m side height.

Upon awarding, the project took a total of 160 days to turn around and was delivered successfully on schedule.  The client was extremely pleased with Asia Tents Arena’s high level of professionalism displayed in delivering this project.
