The Company’s ordinary shares are traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. There are no other exchanges or trading platforms on which the Company has applied or agreed to have any of its securities admitted or traded.
As of 26 October 2021, the Company has 326,282,261 shares in issue with nominal value of 1 pence each. All of the shares are fully-paid. No shares are held as treasury shares. There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s shares.
So far the company is aware, as of 15 April 2021, 45.41% of the company’s ordinary shares, were not in public hands.
