The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), was inaugurated in 1979. It is a purpose-built complex for events and exhibitions. With over 1.3 million square feet of covered exhibition and event space, comprising 21 halls and over 40 meeting rooms across 3 floors, Dubai World Trade Centre hosts over 500 events annually.

DWTC was looking to add an extension to the Za’abeel Halls, Arena was contracted to replace the existing Pavilion tent structure with a new structure as well as design and fit-out the interiors. The total project timeframe was 5 months. Arena officially broke ground to commence works on the new structure and completed it in a total of 115 days.
